The team dynamic has been very important to my success as an individual contributor and our success as a district at Ecolab. In 2013 and 2016 our team was awarded District of the Year for being the best team.
Through team effort, everyone could achieve individual sales goals and help others on the team achieve their sales goals. Only one district is awarded this title and there are 31. We were recognized twice in my four years at Ecolab.
