
BIOGRAPHY I
Kenneth J Kiwicz is a sales professional with extensive, hands-on experience in business to business sales.
With an innate fervor for excellence, he has successfully mastered the art of business development, account management, and customer service. Innately curious, Kenneth can excavate great insight about his customers, propelling the organizations he is associated with, towards long-term customer relations, catalyzing sales revenue and brand visibility.
Kenneth completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Physics from Oakland University where he was on the Dean’s list as well as the proud recipient of a Michigan Merit Scholarship. He also worked towards a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Kettering University where he received a Presidential Merit Scholarship. It is noteworthy that Kenneth managed work while enrolled in university and balanced volunteer work with it, highlighting his skill of multitasking.

Responsible and conscientious, Kenneth has served as a blood donor to the American Red Cross 23 times. He has also volunteered at Henry Ford Hospital and Charity Water. He was a part of a prestigious premedical student volunteer program where he assisted more than 20 doctors and nurses.

Currently working as Supervisor of Enterprise Technologies at VETBUILT Services, Inc., Kenneth manages sales forecasting and goal setting. An important facet of his job is training peers and management teams internally, nurturing his intrinsic positivity and go-getter attitude.

His capabilities started to shine right from the start of his career when he worked as a Customer Service Applications Engineer while attending Kettering University full-time. This did not hamper his work ethic and he delivered $2.2B in potential savings by ensuring supplier conformity. This came easily to him as he is a thorough gentleman with the power to communicate with people effectively.

Managing trifold roles at KBC Marketing while attending Oakland University full-time, Kenneth was able to achieve a whopping 100% customer retention. His clientele affectionately describes him as dependable, responsible and remarkable. He is able to strike a great rapport with the people he communicates with at a professional and personal level. He is hard-working and does not shy away from responsibility, qualities highly prized by customers. An established expert in B2B marketing, he increased outside B2B sales by more than 30% per year through customer and online referrals.
